2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY AND WASHING MACHINE
Welcome to Apartment No. 13 in the Dünengarten Residence. This bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. With 48 square metres of living space, 2 to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a north-facing balcony (lake view).

The combined living and dining area features a cosy sleeper sofa (130 cm wide when extended) and a 31-inch TV. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust fan, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces north towards the courtyard. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a lovely day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. Curtains are installed in the bedroom to provide privacy and block out light.

The tiled bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light and features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine, rounds out this apartment.

SPECIAL FEATURES
A well-behaved dog is welcome in this holiday rental. Please notify us of your beloved four-legged friend well in advance of your arrival. We ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. 

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. Guests of this holiday rental have access to a free parking space (No. 13).

It is strictly prohibited to charge electric cars and other electric vehicles using the house’s or apartment’s electrical sockets.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
