I am from Charlotte NC and have retired to Atlantic Beach. I reside in a condo and in an Airstream Camper close to the beach, two blocks from this Condo.

Why they chose this property

This is on the East side of the island; much less traffic than Emerald Isle, and more convenient to amenities. We are 2 miles to the Morehead City Bridge, and one mile from Fort Macon State Park (the east end of the island). There are restaurants and stores on the island, and a lot more in Morehead City, but our area is fairly undeveloped and very quiet.We are about a five to ten minute walk to the beach, which has some parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, and a small boardwalk with Gazebo. This is a public beach access.
