Welcome to this modern holiday villa with a pool, perfect for relaxing holidays with friends and family, suitable for 6 to 8 people. The villa offers 3 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces and a view.
On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which seamlessly flows into the open living room. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
All rooms are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV and WiFi.
The outdoor area invites you to relax by the heated swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a covered seating area with a dining table provide the perfect setting for barbecue evenings and outdoor meals.
The villa is located on Veliko Brdo, the hill above Makarska, and offers modern amenities and high-quality furnishings.
Parking is available directly at the house, and the fenced property offers privacy and security during your stay.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 25kg. Additional charge of 100 EUR per dog).
