The beautiful Villa Giacomo with private pool is located above the village of Domus de Maria and offers a spectacular 180-degrees view on the surrounding hills.

Villa Giacomo is ideal for a large family or several couples as it offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors for up to 6 guests:

On the ground floor, there is a modern and well-appointed kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room consisting of two distinct sitting areas, a flat screen TV with satelite channels, a bathroom with shower and a few steps below, a large double bedroom with an underground window.

The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, each with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. Both floors have direct access to the lovely outdoors with various sitting areas, a covered terrace and a small garden.

The highlight of this well-maintained property is the magnificent private pool facing breath-taking mountain views. This is the perfect home if you are looking for a peaceful holiday in the privacy of your own villa.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in Sardinien – Perfekte Auszeit!

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Sardinien zu verbringen, und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem großzügigen Poolbereich, der uns viele entspannte Stunden unter der sardischen Sonne beschert hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dennoch in guter Erreichbarkeit von Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist typisch sardisch, mit atemberaubender Natur und charmanten Dörfern in der Nähe. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war definitiv der Außenbereich. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und groß genug, um richtig zu schwimmen oder einfach im Wasser zu entspannen. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden und Essen im Freien, während man den herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft genießt. Die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub, und wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen.
