Fewo Packhaus Norderney

Located in a central city centre location, you’ll find our former 19th-century warehouse, which was completely renovated in 2015. This detached house offers approximately 85 m² of ground-level living space as well as 80 m² of outdoor space. This includes a south-facing sunroom, a furnished south-facing terrace, and an idyllic garden.

Inside, your holiday home impresses with its unique architecture, including an open-concept living area, a sun-drenched, cosy atmosphere, and exposed roof beams.

The Packhaus is designed to accommodate three people. In addition to the spacious living area, you’ll find an open kitchen, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a furnished sunroom.

On the open loft, you’ll find an additional sleeping area for one person.
