Villa Silva WE 12Sally: modern and spacious 3-room apartment with south-west-facing balcony

This bright and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 75 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the entryway, living room, and lower bedroom is laminate; the upper bedroom has carpet; and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable, large leather corner sofa and a coffee table, a cosy reading nook with a cantilever armchair, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and 1 large cabinet. From the living/dining room, you have direct access to the small balcony (facing southwest) with two chairs and a balcony table. Here you can sit back and relax with a view of the greenery and, in the evening, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. A counter with 4 bar stools is perfect for a quick snack.

The cosy and absolutely quiet (facing the city forest) first-floor bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a chest of drawers. The matching wardrobe is located separately in the hallway. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

The very cosy second bedroom, accessible via a small staircase from the living room and located on the loft (upper floor) of the apartment, also features a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a chest of drawers.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower as well as a bathtub, sink, and toilet, a towel radiator, a vanity cabinet, and a small chest of drawers, offering ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from one of the many bike rental shops in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
