Patricia WE 03: Modern, high-quality 2-room apartment near the beach

This modern and comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 52 m²) on the basement level, located very close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and sideboard, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The tastefully and elegantly furnished living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable leather couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves. From the living area, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny and landscaped terrace (south-facing) with cosy patio furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a DVD player, a collection of games, and numerous books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open and modern kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious walk-in closet. There is also an additional TV in the bedroom.

The fold-out leather couch with a spring mattress (approx. 1.60 m wide) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the fold-out leather couch with a spring mattress (approx. 1.60 m wide) in the living room. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or pleated blinds.

The exclusive and modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a vanity cabinet and mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, a toilet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack with a mirror and chest of drawers in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, located directly behind the building. You can park your bicycles on the apartment’s terrace. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
