Villa Laura Cottage apartment 102: spacious 3-room apartment close to the beach

This very spacious, inviting, and modernly furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 71 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room and both bedrooms have laminate flooring, while the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. For small children, we provide an additional travel cot (with a mattress, but without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) free of charge upon request, as well as a high chair (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, two armchairs with a coffee table, a separate dining table with six chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² sunny, covered terrace (facing south) with comfortable patio furniture, your own beach chair for sunbathing, and an additional lawn area —here you can sit back and relax in the greenery while enjoying the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open, separate kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The very spacious and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a very spacious closet, a chest of drawers, and a small table with two comfortable armchairs, and features its own modern TV. A free cot is also available in this bedroom.

The equally spacious and bright second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, a small table with two chairs, and has separate direct access to the sunny terrace.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides additional comfortable sleeping space for 2 more people.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, a towel radiator, and ample storage space. The separate toilet is accessible from the hallway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in the underground parking space assigned to your apartment. Please note: This is a double-deck parking system with a maximum height limit of 1.50 m! If this underground parking space is too low for your car, we recommend the public car park on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße (approx. 500 m)—during the off-season, we will reimburse 50% of the associated costs for stays of at least 7 nights.

You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
