Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26-foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This stylishly decorated condo elegantly brings the outdoors in with palm tree accents. The great room provides plenty of seating with a comfortable sleeper sofa and side chair with ottoman. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room’s wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 4 at the dining room table. This Luxurious condo features a Keurig machine. 

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a brand-new Memory Foam mattress on the King bed to ensure that perfect night's sleep and the bathroom has been 100% renovated. It has a very luxurious shower head. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed. It has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can’t be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo. This is the perfect year round vacation spot with our tropical climate and being oceanfront you will enjoy the views from inside and outside this home!

Seabreeze 1 will be undergoing a property modernization the last week in September 2024 through March 2025. Construction will occur daily between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. and you will experience noise between these hours. Please contact us with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze Condos. There was an error with our check in information when we arrived but was fixed with mgnt asap. The views were amazing. We will definitely be returning soon. Locals are very friendly.. Overall I give it a 👍.

I love waking up to the sun coming up over the ocean. The condo was updated and well stocked. The only negative was the outlet in the master bath didn't work. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this facility and plan to come back.

Seabreeze was just what we were looking for- a nice, beachfront condo with quiet, family oriented grounds and great staff. The beach, pool and condo were just as described. The building was well maintained, pool and grounds were clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better. The only complaint I have was the master bed is in need of a new mattress. Otherwise our stay was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

Average accommodations for a high price

Condo views of the ocean were great, the condo and accommodations were average for the high price. Staff was very responsive and kind. Walls are thin, we could hear neighbors activity during the night so we slept with bath fans on to muffle the noise. There are no bathrooms on main level so you need to run all the way from the beach and pool back to your room to use the restroom (and don't forget the key). I was told there were beach toys left behind from other families but there weren't. Beach chair rentals are ridiculously expensive. We purchased and left behind chairs and beach toys that hopefully stay in the room for future families to enjoy.

Older building...this unit needs reno

Location to beach, pool and hot tub were the saving grace of this unit. Management was responsive to all issues we contacted them for...but gave up the complaints after a couple days. First beach house/condo I have ever rented that supplied zero beach gear except 2 rusty chairs. Had to head to Dollar General for towels, beach umbrella, beach toys. (Had to leave them all there...so you're welcome to the next guests!!). Supplies in the condo were what we needed except laundry detergent. Issues we reported that were fixed: Cable went out twice in 4 days (one was a nationwide outage we were told), toilet wouldn't stop running, coded gate to the beach lock jammed multiple times locking us in the complex or on the beach. Issues we didn't report but we're annoying: Shower doors in main suite were off track and wouldn't slide. Same with main suite closet doors. Dresser drawers were all broken or jammed.

Awesome spot

Awesome property and excellent location. Very friendly staff on the few quick occasions that we needed something. It was perfect for us, nice pool, right on the beach. We loved the condo, had all the amenities that we needed. Very clean, everything was in good shape. We ended up needing to purchase a coffee pot and dish towels which weren't in the unit when we got there. We left the coffee pot behind for the next renters. It has a tandem parking spot which worked well to store our boat trailer. The A/C was nice and cold. Washer/dryer in the unit were a huge asset. Perfect spot for our crew....I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spot for Relaxation

Location on the beach was perfect. Morning view of sunrise over the Gulf was to die for. Pool was great. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware. Water pressure in master shower was great. We all had a good time and will try to stay there again if we’re ever in SPI!

Amazing family vacation spot

This place was beautiful. The decor was inviting, the view was spectacular. Nothing like mornings with coffee and the waves rolling in just a few steps from bed. We were traveling with two small children and that was pretty crazy but it worked out well. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, a keurig and blender. There was a washer dryer and dishwasher. The pool was clean and well taken care of and we were on the beach front which made it easy to set up our shade tent, play on the beach, go to the pool and back and forth. The one thing that was difficult was the elevator broke down one day while we were there so stairs for 5 flights with a baby and a toddler and all our gear was a hassle but not anyone’s fault. It was repaired quickly. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Great 5th floor condo! Excellent views from the large balcony, the condo is very clean and comfortable with everything working properly. Unit even has a big laundry room. Enjoyed our stay!

All was great, clean, good furnishings, good beds and great view. They did ask for more money above VRBO listing once we had booked. Property manager said VRBO kept What VRBO wanted and left Seabreeze short. Didn’t like that.
