For shared use: property 50 ha with trees, meadow, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 03.Oct.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 43 km. The owner does not accept any groups.
