Lovely villa with beautiful view

We enjoyed our visit in this beautiful villa and felt really welcomed by the host. Trainstation was close by so it was easy to make a day trip to Pisa and Florence. Especially the kids loved the pool.

Unkompliziert und sehr schön

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und kooperativ. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkomme.

Gute Ausgangslage für Pisa, Florenz, usw

Die Wohnung ist ok, aber ein wenig sauberer hätte es für uns sein können. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren ok und ordentlich. Die Wohnräume hatten einigeSchmuddelecken. Ein paar Wein und Biergläser wären auch ganz nett. Schade war, dass es im EG keine Toilette gibt und man immer durchs ganze Haus nach oben musste, vor allem wenn viele Kinder dabei sind und immer pitschnass vom Pool plötzlich nötig ein WC benötigen. Der Pool war super und g. sehr bemüht als die Spülmaschine kaputt war.

Gemütliches Haus in guter Lage

Immer wieder schön! Waren bereits zum vierten Mal da. Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen. Nur wenige km von der Autobahn. Auch sehr praktisch: die Zugverbindung von San Miniato z. B. nach Florenz. Das geräumige Haus ist so richtig alt-toskanisch, rustikal, einfach ausgestattet, urgemütlich - aber alles da, was man braucht. Der Empfang war herzlich und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ideale vakantiewoning

Prachtige en ruime vakantiewoning met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Volledig uitgeruste keuken. Enig nadeel : geen toilet gelijkvloers. Geheel omheinde tuin voorzien van een pergola met plaats voor meer dan 10 personen, en een zwembad van 8x4mx90cm. Woning gemakkelijk te bereiken (slechts 3km van de autosnelweg Firenze-Livorno) maar wel gelegen aan een weg met regelmatig druk verkeer. Uitstekende en vriendelijke ontvangst ter plaatse.
