Hallo, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und in einem guten, sauberen Zustand. Die hier bereits erwähnten Hühner/Hahn/Katzen haben uns nicht gestört. Die Lage ist gut, man kann auch mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand oder nach Alcudia/Can Picafort kommen. Allerdings ist das Mobiliar sehr rustikal. Es könnte gemütlicher eingerichtet werden. Gerade auch draußen fehlen bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten.Leider waren alle Liegen defekt. Die Dachterrasse ist ohne Möbel und Sonnenschutz. Küche hat alles bei mäßiger Funktion

Très belle maison facile d’accès. Chambres gigantesques et salle à manger spacieuse. Belles plages aux alentours et de nombreuses randonnées / course en nature à faire dans les environs .

Das weitläufige Gelände/Garten...

Das weitläufige Gelände/Garten war traumhaft.Auch das Haus ist groß und sehr schön.Lage sehr ruhig, umgeben von weiteren Gärten und Schaf-Weiden, trotzdem nur 5 min (mit Auto) zum Strand. Reisetipps: Supermarkt Groski direkt an der Einfahrt nach Can Picafort (5 min) - auch an Feiertagen + Wochenenden Ausflüge: Sollér, Alcudia, Palma (50 min)

Im Winter nicht zu empfehlen,Heizung nur über Klimaanlage ( für 12 Tage ca.340€ Stromkosten für kalt bis lauwarme Räume).In den Bädern keine Möglichkeit der Heizung. Küchenutensilien nach mehrmaligen SPÜLEN zu gebrauchen. Töpfe, Pfannen wohl noch nie richtig gereinigt. Im Sommer kann es eine schöne Anlage sein. Der Senor ... kam pünklich bei der Anreise und Abreise und bei notwendiger Reparatur der Waschmaschine vorbei. Reisetipps: Für diese Jahreszeit sind meiner Meinung nach nur die täglichen Märkte in den einzelnen Ortschaften empfehlenswert, sowie die Stadt Palma zum Bummeln. In den nödlichen Badeorten war " Tote Hose" angesagt. Wenige Restaurants geöffnet, die Geschäfte alle "verrammelt".

Es wäre empfehlenswert eine Stereoanlage anzuschaffen. Weiterhin wäre ein elektrische Toreinfahrt wünschenswert. Etwas mühsam, das Tor zu öffnen respektive zu schliessen. Reisetipps: Kulinarisch: Andreu Genestra , Capdepera; Finca Es Serral , ArtaStrände: Playa Mesquida, Playa de MuroAusflüge: Serra de Tramuntana, Soller, Cap Formentor, Markthalle Palma

Tolle Finca mit Pool, sehrt gu...

Tolle Finca mit Pool, sehrt gute Lage, gute Aussatttung und sehr sauber. Leider war die Dusche in OG die ganze Woche kaputt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Eine funktionierended Kaffemaschine war auch nicht vorhanden. Zum Haus gehören 8 Katzen, die wir 1x am Tag füttern mussten (Anweisung am Anreisetag). Die Katzen waren auf den Liegen, auf dem Tisch draußen, am Außengrill, und man konnte weder in Ruhe frühstücken noch Fleisch grillen. Das größte Problem war unser kleiner Mopswelpe, der ständig von den Katzen attackiert wurde und könnte sich nicht frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen.Wir haben extra diese Finca gebucht, damit wir einen ruhigen Familienurlaub inkl. Hund verbringen können, dass durch die Katzen nicht möglich war. Es kann nicht sein, dass in der Bechreibung "Hund erlaubt" steht und dann sind 8 Katzen auf dem Grundstück! Reisetipps: Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars sowie toller Strand (Playa Muro) in Can Picafort – ca. 4 km. Ohne Mietwagen geht es allerdings nicht.

Die Finca wäre ein Traum, wenn...

Die Finca wäre ein Traum, wenn man etwas mehr Liebe investieren würde...Als wir ankamen wurden wir erst mal von 6 Katzen begrüßt (AUF dem Tisch, auf den Poolliegen usw). Im Haus war es leider nicht wirklich sauber, wir haben erst einmal gewaschen und geputzt. Das ist leider nicht unbedingt ein toller Urlaubsanfang!Den Vermieter haben wir auf den Schmutz aufmerksam gemacht, aber da er weder englisch noch deutsch sprach, war es sehr schwierig!!!Doch wie wir es gedeutet haben war alles toll und sauber.Wir sagten ihm dann noch, dass díe Katzen weg müssten, da eine Allergie besteht. Es gab vorher auch schon Beschwerden, doch von Inter Chalet wurde geschrieben das die Katzen weg wären. Leider funktioniert das überhaupt nicht, sie kommen immer wieder, denn die Katzen sind da einfach zuhause. Sie werden vom Vermieter gefüttert.Sie kamen bei jedem Essen an den Tisch und jammerten fürchterlich. Es war echt nervig!Die totale Katastrophe erlebten wir dann an unserem ersten Morgen...Es wurde in der Beschreibung nachträglich hinzugefügt, dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück Hühner gehalten werden, doch was ist mit dem Hahn der jeden Morgen ab 6 Uhr Terror veranstaltet hat? Fazid: Nicht wieder! Reisetipps: Es ist eine sehr schöne Region und man kann viel unternehmen. Zum Strand nach Alcudia sind es nur ca. 6–8 Minuten nach can Picafort noch etwas weniger. Abends kann man sehr gut Essen gehen, am Meer sitzen oder am Hafen entlang spazieren. Es ist alles nicht weit und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
