This typical Mallorcan holiday home is situated in a quiet area between the towns of Pollença and Alcudia, about 6 km from the beach, with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside—featuring fields and meadows stretching all the way to the distant Tramuntana Mountains.
From the covered terrace, the front door leads directly into the large living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a DVD player, a dining table, and chairs.
The modern kitchen is right next door and is equipped with all the amenities: dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
The sleeping area on the other side of the house features three bedrooms. One double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds, that share the second bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, which is limited to the hours of 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. in accordance with the guidelines of the local energy-saving initiative.
From the covered patio, furnished with a dining table and chairs, guests can access the large pool with its Roman steps. The sun deck, tiled with natural stone, features plenty of sun loungers as well as a small table and chairs. The well-maintained, lush lawn offers plenty of space for children to play.
A comfortable outdoor kitchen with a water connection and a brick barbecue rounds out this well-maintained property.
A ping-pong table provides entertainment and variety.
