Stunning 300 sq meters rustic cottage with modern touches between Alcúdia and Pollença bays with fantastic views overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and Pollença bay, where you will feel like at home. Only 5 minutes away from Alcúdia and in a 7.400 sq meters plot with a beautiful garden with grass, cactus, fruit-trees, land and a salted water swimming pool. The house has a main terrace where you can enjoy the warm summer nights, barbaque area with a wood stove, a large living room, 4 spacious double bedrooms, a loft with a sofá bed for 2, 2 complete bathrooms (one en suite), 1 toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washroom, 55' Smart TV, Satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning with cooling and heating, 2 water pits, a ping pong table and a table football. The property was fully refurbished in 2013 and a second refurbishment in 2014.

It is an ideal place for families with children looking for a haven of peace for their holiday as well as groups of friends who want to discover the area of Alcúdia and surroundings.

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the facilities, being a great starting point for all cycling routes. You can go jogging in the middle of the nature and golf lovers have Pollença Golf course only 5 minutes away!

Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out until 10am. There also is supplement of 0,25€ per consumed kW of electricity and the touristic tax, which will be payed upon departure.

Family holiday

The Villa was beautiful and spacious . The host was really helpful and always on hand with any queries we had. Pool area amazing really clean . Loads of places to sit with the family to have meals. Would definitely go back . Everyone of us enjoyed our time there. We were a family of 8 and loved it. Thank you Domingo

a perfect spot

The finca was great and downright perfect for a group or family of 7-8. The kitchen as well as everything else was very well equipped and clean. Even though we didn't meet Guillermo in person, his father Domingo showed us around at our arrival and was always available for any questions. The finca had excellent wifi in every room, including the pool area. In the lovely garden we picked lemons fresh from the tree and all kinds of herbs are being grown there as well ready to be used in the kitchen. All in all a perfect location for an enjoyable stay in/on Majorca.

Stunning hidden gem. Perfect for families.

My family (husband, his parents & our 2 children) holidayed in this property for 2 weeks. This was quite simply the best Villa we have stayed in Majorca (we've been to a few in Pollensa region). It is of an exceptionally high standard - modern yet retains traditional characteristics. It is a well looked after property, very clean and fully equipped. It is fully enclosed - which is a plus when you have young children. The owners visit the property daily and are only a phone call away if required. You do need a car but it is only a short drive from resorts and the views are breathtaking. We are returning 2014.

1 Week Family Holiday - 6 Adults, 1 baby.

We had an excellent stay here in Alcudia and the Villa was everything we expected and more. We were met by the owner when we arrived at 9:30pm to be shown around which was a nice touch. Communication with the owner was great throughout and the facilities were brilliant. Pool was nice and warm and the BBQ was one of the best we have used. Would have liked to have been shown the wood burning pizza oven to give that a try but maybe next time. We did have a shock at the end with the Electricity bill so be careful not to leave the AC on all the time when you are out. The rooms cool down very quickly when they are put on. Would 100% recommend and will one day like to return. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Villa.

Großzügige Finca mit toller Küche

Schöne Finca für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden. Die Küche ist perfekt für gemeinsames Kochen. Man muss natürlich immer mit dem Auto fahren. Für Läufer und Radfahrer kann es allerdings gleich vor der Tür losgehen.

Erholsame Ferien

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und schaut wirklich, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Bei uns hat es einen Tag geregnet und der ganze Sahara-Staub kam runter. Der Aussenplatz wie auch der Pool wurden am nächsten Tag sauber gemacht. Am Pool hat es genügen Schattenplatz. Es waren wirklich schöne Ferien!

Alles gut, gerne wieder!

Super saubere, gut gelegene, großzügige Traumfinca. Sehr netter und umfangreicher Check-In& Check-Out durch Domingo. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war äußerst zufriedenstellend, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sowohl Grundstück, Haus und Zimmer hatten eine beeindruckende Größe. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben, das betrifft sowohl das Haus, wie auch die Außenanlage. Die Betten waren sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel, mit einem angenehmen Frischegeruch. Die liebevoll gepflegte Gartenanlage mit den Obstbäumen beeindruckte genauso wie der zum Entspannen einladende Poolbereich. Für lustige Spielmomente sorgten die Tischtennisplatte und der Retro-Tischkicker. Das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage, die anfänglich etwas kompliziert erscheint, sich dann aber gut bedienen lässt. Für Einkäufe und Unternehmungen empfiehlt sich unbedingt ein Auto. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in näherer Umgebung (ca. 10 min mit dem Auto). In der Altstadt von Alcúdia haben wir häufig und gut gegessen. Ratsam ist es, am letzten Tag Bargeld vorrätig zu haben, um die Stromrechnung zu begleichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A great stay in Alcudia

I stayed here with my family (5 adults, 2 kids) for 2 weeks in July. We were met by Domingo upon arrival who showed us around the finca and the grounds, which included a herb garden and lots of fruit trees (apple, pear, nectarine, lemon, lime and banana to name a few). The entrance has an electric gate and the property is fenced all around. There is easily enough parking for about 6 cars, but don't park to close to the basketball hoop that you can use along with the table football and the ping-pong table which is around the back. This is where you'll find the large marble table under the walnut tree, the BBQ, pizza oven and the pool (pool towels supplied). The kids spent nearly every waking hour in the pool which was lovely and warm and regularly cleaned by Domingo. Inside the finca were four good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 coffee machines and LOTS of paella pans! The lounge area was a large open plan room with another dining table, 2 sofas and stairs leading up to the loft area (another place the kids hung out in). There is air-con in every room which kept us cool throughout the 24-26°C nights. All in all we had a great stay here and would like to thank Domingo and his family for making us feel welcome.

Amazing villa! Clean and all the amenities you need. Domingo was very helpful and always at hand.

The villa was always kept well & looked after. You need a car to get to the beach but this is only a 10min drive to the beach and old town. We will definitely be returning. Had a wonderful holiday. Great for family and friends 😃

What a fabulous place!

Superb property, pictures do NOT do this place justice at all, it’s huge! You are well looked after from the moment you arrive and Domingo is on hand for any minor issues you encounter. Car is essential but property well placed in between Pollença and alcudia. Highly recommend this place, thank you Guillermo and Domingo for a fabulous stay 😊

Sehr gelungen, Haus bietet alles, incl. umgehende, liebenswürdige Betreuung.

Die Navigation zum Haus klappt unter Eingabe des Fincanamens über Handy. Dort trifft man alles vor. Großes Platzangebot, Tischtennis, gepflegte Poolanlage, Drehfußballtisch, 4 große Tische in und um das Haus, stille Ecken, Fernsehgerät, funktionale Küche, Garten mit Gewürzen und Baumfrüchten, großen Eingangsbereich mit Parkplatz - im Grunde alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Anlage wird vom Vater des Besitzers liebenswürdig gepflegt. Mietet man dieses Haus, müssen die Bewohner dreier Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen, schönen Bad auskommen. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genießen können.

Sehr grosszügige und gepflegte Finca. Bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Eigentümer sind äusserst freundlich und Wünsche werden innert kürzester Frist erfüllt. Die zentrale und gut erschlossene Lage erlaubte uns tolle Ausflüge in alle Ecken der Insel. Unsere Ferien waren ein "voller Erfolg" ! Diese Jahreszeit auf Mallorca war für uns eine neue und schöne Entdeckung, welche wir ebenfalls gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great location and property

We had such a nice stay! Kids never wanted to leave with a basketball goal and ping pong and foosball onsite, but we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Schönes Anwesen in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 5 Personen in der Finca und hatten dort sehr viel Platz, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen konnte. Besonders genossen haben wir die Mahlzeiten auf der wirklich schönen und großen Veranda. Den Vermieter lernten wir nicht kennen, dafür Domingo, seinen Vater, der sich fast täglich um das Anwesen gekümmert hat. Domingo ist ein sehr sehr freundlicher Mensch. Mir zeigte er den ganzen Garten mit seinen Früchten und brachte uns frische und riesige Granatäpfel und Kakis. Wir durften sämtliche Früchte und Kräuter des Gartens nutzen. Die Küche war von der Größe her ein Traum. Den Pool nutzten wir leider nur wenig, weil das Wasser schon recht kalt war. Auch das Haus war ziemlich kalt, da die Abende und Nächte Ende Oktober eben auch schon kühler sind. Dafür waren die riesigen Bettdecken ( immer für 2 Personen wie wohl üblich ) richtig kuschelig. Die Lage der Finca war sehr gut und einfach vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Auch die Supermärkte in Alcududia waren in wenigen Minuten und einfach mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand von Alcudia war toll und das Meerwasser noch angenehm warm. Auch das dauerte mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten, dort hin zu kommen. Wir parkten immer in einer Seitenstraße hinter dem Iberostar Hotel. Von dort gingen wir maximal 300 Meter bis zum Strand. Diese Woche hat uns alle nochmal Sonne und Wärme tanken lassen. So gesehen war es eine fantastische Reisezeit, auch weil die Vegetation üppig war. Die Finca und die Insel insgesamt kann man nur empfehlen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland Claudia und Familie

Villan och trädgården

Mycket fint område, med en vacker trädgård, och pool, nära till matvaruaffär, ingenting att klaga på, möjligtvis några hundar som grannen hade, som kunde skälla på kvällskvisten, med tanke på om man har småbarn som ska sova. Inget hinder för oss vuxna.

ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT - GUT ERHOLT ZURÜCK!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 8 Personen in der Finca verbracht; 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern. Man ist ja vor einem Urlaub immer skeptisch, ob die Erwartungen auch erfüllt werden. Oftmals geben die Bilder die Wirklichkeit nicht unbedingt wieder. Das war hier auch so, allerdings im positiven Sinne. Die Finca incl. Ausstattung, Außenanlage und coolem Kräuter- und Obsgarten (Chili-Sträucher, Feigen, Oregano, Orangen, Zitronen, Oliven, Thymian usw usw) hat unsere Erwartungen um Einiges übertroffen. Es war in Wirklichkeit noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den ohnehin schon schönen Bildern :) Die Finca ist liebevoll und rustikal gestaltet, top ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gibt diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus und um das Haus herum. Pool und Außenanlage werden täglich mit deutscher Gründlichkeit von Domingo - dem Vater des Vermieters - gepflegt. Es gibt bei Bedarf dementsprechend auch einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Ansonsten liegt das Anwesen gute 5 Autominuten von der Altstadt von Alcudia entfernt und auch zum Strand ist es nicht viel weiter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt absolut genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. P.S.: Das Haus wurde als Raucherhaus angegeben. Wir sind alle Nichtraucher und hatten hier Bedenken. Auch diese Bedenken waren unberechtigt - es hat überhaupt nicht nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gestunken.

Super toll!!!!

Wir ( sieben Erwachsene) haben zwei super schöne Wochen in dieser finca verbracht. Erst waren wir skeptisch ob die tollen Bilder der Realität entsprechen. Jaaaa!! Es war alles super schön!! Domingo ( der Vater vom Vermieter) war immer zur Stelle wenn etwas war. Er hat uns einen Abend ein tolles Spanferkel zubereitet mit leckeren Ofen Kartoffeln und einer selbst gemachten aioli. Vielen Dank nochmal!!!!! Auf der Dachterrase hat man den perfekten Ausblick auf die wunderschönen Berge!! Traumhaft!!!!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!!!!!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir haben einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Finca erlebt. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, so dass wir die Außenbereiche mit dem tollen Pool häufig nutzen konnten. Es fehlt an nichts und wenn mal etwas passiert ist Domingo sofort zur Stelle. Das war spitzenmäßig. Tägliche Poolpflege, Restaurant-Tipps etc.....alles inklusive. Die Finca ist erstklassig ausgestattet, modern, mallorquinisch und gemütlich zugleich. Kochen war eine Freude und man konnte sich gar nicht entscheiden an welchem der vier Esstische man speisen wollte. Die Lage der Finca ist großartig. Die Berge sind nah, tolle Städtchen wie Pollenca und Alcudia ebenfalls. Die wunderschönen Strände in der Alcudiabucht auch nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Cap de Formentor ein Muss....... Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung....wir werden wieder kommen.
