New townhouse with private pool near beach and center Villa Flamenco is a luxury new townhouse in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the beach and the center of Conil. With its 4 bedrooms and bathrooms it is a comfortable house for 8 pax. There is a private small pool in front of the house; ideal to refresh on a warmer day. The living room opens to a dining area and the kitchen and the elegant high wooden ceiling makes the space feel even more generous. There are terraces in front and behind the house, so you can always find the perfect spot. One bedroom with two singles and a shower room are also on the ground floor.
On the first floor are three more bedrooms. Two have doublebeds (150cm) and the other has two singles. All bedroom have their own private shower room. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm) so the house is comfortable all year round. There is fast and stable internet by optical fibre.
To the beach it is only a few minutes walk and also to the center of Conil it possible to walk.
