Beautiful Mallorca-style house with 4 bedrooms and private pool for 7-8 persons, with WiFi Internet. very well equipped and spacious, with large livingroom, complete kitchen and two bathrooms (one inside and the other one outside – next to the pool).
Central heating in winter.
Covered porche with table and chairs, sunloungers and stone-built barbecue in the garden.
Quiet surroundings, with fields and meadows and other properties around.
Its only 200m to the next (Italian) restaurant and some 10-15min walk to the nearest beach „Cala del Aceite“
WiFi Internet without charge, but reception might be possible only in some parts of the house

we had realy good times in the house, 20 min walk to be at the see, 5min by car. the swimming pool is nice and the house too! good place to be with friends, with a car!

Relajantes Vacaciones en familia

Preciosa y amplia casa perfectamente equipada con muy buen menaje y todo tipo de detalles como ventiladores, mosquiteras, productos básicos de limpieza, etc. así como camas muy cómodas. El entorno es maravilloso y tranquilo cerca de las calas y el pinar. El jardín compartido parcialmente con otras dos casas pero con intimidad tiene muchas higueras, adelfas y plantas. La piscina también estupenda y con muchas tumbonas. La propietaria está pendiente de todo y es muy amable. Repetiremos en cuanto podamos!.

Erholung in perfekter Lage

Perfekt gelegen, da sowohl der Strand als auch Conil in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen sind. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gepflegt und auch bei großer Hitze ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Der Garten besticht durch schattige Plätze rund um den Pool. Sehr zugewandte und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Palmera . Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin Betina war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bei Problemen immer erreichbar.

Una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Hemos ido 8 (4 adolescentes y 4 adultos) Una casa muy cómoda con todos lo necesario para no echar nada de menos. La piscina está muy bien y con las tumbonas parece que estás en un hotel. Sin duda para repetir y recomendar.

Han sido unos días muy agradables, a pesar del viento de Levante que padecemos varias jornadas. La casa disponía de todo lo necesario y era acogedora. El propietario muy amable y servicial. Sin duda, unas vacaciones para repetir.

Hemos pasado una semana inolvidable en Casa Palmera. Mis hijos y nietos han disfrutado de lo lindo, y lo hemos disfrutado mucho. Estamos pensando repetir el próximo año. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la casa es espaciosa, con todos los detalles necesarios para sentirse a gusto. Los propietarios muy hospitalarios y amables. Gracias por todo. Antonio.

Me la esperaba mejor.

La zona merece la pena, pero la casa necesita arreglos, especialmente la fontanería de los baños. Hay mal olor, a cañerías, porque son viejas. En el baño principal, único que está en el interior de la vivienda, la ducha es mejorable. Tiene un tablón de madera en el suelo y cortina de plástico antigua, además del mal olor. El grifo del fregadero de la cocina está muy viejo, sartenes y tostadora también. El jardín no está cerrado, se comparte con otras dos casas, aunque hay intimidad. Mala relación calidad-precio. Bettina es muy amable.

Hola! Estas vacaciones hemos estado alojados en Casa Palmera. La situación es ideal. Un lugar con tranquilidad a muy pocos minutos de playa, calas , otras localidades y supermercados. La casa muy bien equipada no le falta detalles. Amplia y con mucha privacidad aunque en la misma finca se encuentran otras dos casa. Los propietarios muy atentos y serviciales. El exterior muy bien cuidado zona de jardín y de piscina excepcional.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda , la casa está en perfectas condiciones y los dueños son súper amables y siempre pendiente a cada detalle , vinimos con mi abuela que está en silla de ruedas y nos habilitaron una rampa para que ella pudiera acceder a la casa por si misma , por otro lado a la casa no le falta ni un solo detalle todo aquello que puedas llegar a imaginas es un lugar fantástico para pasar días en familia , con amigos , niños y traer a tus mascotas , está súper cerca de muchas calitas , aunque con la piscina en el jardín de atrás es prácticamente innecesaria la playa , sin lugar a dudas repetiremos .

Casa muy acogedora y tranquila, con distribución ideal para disfrutar de las zonas exteriores. Se encuentra en una parcela compartida con otras casas pero respetando la privacidad gracias a la distribución de las zonas. Séjour parfait dans la belle région de Conil. La maison de Bettina est bien placée (proximité des plages Cala del Aceite, Roche voire El palmar à 20min de voiture...). Très spacieuse pour une grande famille (4 grandes chambres), voire 2 familles avec de petits enfants (8 couchages max). Possibilité de louer à plusieurs famille la maison à côté séparée par une haie végétative (Casa Olivos). Casa Palmera est fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût, moderne (tv écran plat, lecteur Dvd, WiFi correct) et bien agencée. Seule la pression d'eau chaude des 2 douches est parfois embêtante. Les petits déjeuners sur la grande terrasse ombragée par une treille de vigne est un must ! La piscine n'est pas très grande mais reste suffisante pour se détendre dans les 7 transats présents dans le très beau jardin sans vis à vis. Enfin, Bettina est accessible en cas de besoin

Hemos repetido este año y ha sido genial. La casa está totalmente equipada,como si estuvieras en tu propia casa y el porche maravilloso, y el jardín con su piscina,fantásticos. Ideal si quieres unas vacaciones en la naturaleza,pero con todas las comodidades. Merece mucho la pena.

Das Beste was uns passieren konnte!

Haben schon viele Ferienhäuser besucht und so einiges im Positiven wie Negativen erlebt. Casa Palmera war das Beste was uns passieren konnte! Haben wieder gebucht. Lage schön und ruhig, Haus tipp topp in Ordnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Alles voll funktionsfähig. Auch in der Küche alles so, wie man es sich auch im Urlaub wünscht, incl. guter Töpfe und Pfannen (sonst meist Anlass für mich erst mal zu mosern). Einrichtung etc., entsprechend unserem Geschmack, rundum gemütlich. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin, Bettina, war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus war, mit der gut funktionierenden Heizung, für uns vorgeheizt ( im Winter sehr angenehm ). Wasser und Wein sowie ein liebevoll bestückter Weihnachtsteller standen für uns bereit ( nicht selbstverständlich ). Das Alles hieß ankommen, sich willkommen und dann zu Hause fühlen! Doch damit nicht genug! Nach einigen Tagen erkrankte mein Mann. Wir benötigten dringend Hilfe - und - bekamen sie, in außergewöhnlicher Weise! Liebe Bettina, sorry, das die Bewertung so lange auf sich warten ließ. Nun aber, kurz und knapp, auch auf diesem Weg, unser herzlichstes Dankeschön für all Deine Unterstützung und Deinen Beistand…M & S

Wunderschöne Tage

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Conil. Das Haus entspricht ganz den Fotos. Sehr sauber,sehr schöne Einrichtung, Geschirr alles reichlich vorhanden. Gärten und Pool sind wunderschön. Wir verbrachten vor allem auch lauschige Abende auf der Terrasse. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Es gibt sehr schöne kleine Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe und es ist auch ein guter Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war zu ungenau. Nicht links abbiegen an der Pizzeria sondern von Conil kommend rechts abbiegen. Auch die Kreisel haben nicht gestimmt. Nur ein kleiner Hinweis, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns. Danke! Michaela

Nuestra casa de vacaciones

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en esta casa los dos últimos veranos, 2013 y 2014. Solemos ir mi hermana y mi cuñado con sus dos hijas y yo con mi hijo (en total, 3 adultos y 3 niños). La casa está decorada de manera muy agradable y confortable, tiene libros y juegos en la habitación de los niños y en general, todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina, etc. Está muy bien para hacer vida en el exterior: porche, jardín, piscina. Y hay playas estupendas cerca. Comentar que uno de los dos baños está en el exterior, junto a la piscina. Este año si podemos, repetiremos!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen pur!

Wir wurden von "Frau Bettina" sehr lieb und herzlich in Empfang genommen und überall herumgeführt: Die Küche ist sehr sauber und auch für eine 7-köpfige Familie sehr gut bestückt (mit zusätzlichen Utensilien, die wir nicht erwartet hätten, wie z. B. viele Schneidbretter, mehrere Platten und Schalen, Gläsersorten für jeden Anlaß.....). Im Wohnzimmer wird gelebt.Hier findet man neben Schmökern und alten Fotoalben der Ahnen, sogar so wichtige Kleingkeiten wie Tesa und Geburtstagskerzen.... Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Das kinderzimmer ist mit verschiedenen Spielen, Kinderbüchern und Kisten voller Spielzeug für jedes Alter versehen. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern und stabilen Klappläden versehen, sodaß man nachts beruhigt lüften UND schlafen kann ;) Am Pool stehen Oleanderbüsche, 7 gemütliche Sonnenliegen, die einfach zum Erholen einladen, und Feigenbäume und Weinreben, von denen man nach Herzenslust naschen darf. Sehr wichtig war für uns die Waschmaschine, die, anders als in anderen spanischen Häusern, nicht nur auf der Liste der Elektogeräte stand, sondern auch funktionierte... ;)) Das Haus steht am Ende des großen Grundstücks und, trotzdem, daß man seine Nachbarn sieht, kann man doch für sich seinen Urlaub ungestört genießen. Also rundum zu empfehlen !!

sehr schönes Haus

La Palmera ist ein äußerst ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem nichts an sogenannten, aber dennoch wichtigen Kleinigkeiten fehlt: von der Kaffeemaschine, über Toaster, Thermoskanne hin zu reichlich Geschirr und Gläsern, Korkenzieher usw. Zudem ist es sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Es ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Strand und Conil sind leicht und schnell erreichbar. Das einzig etwas Nachteilige: bei einer Belegung von 6-8 Personen, dürfte das Bad etwas klein sein.
