This bright corner holiday home spans two floors and is located in a prime spot in Wenningstedt.

The light-filled ground floor features a small entryway.

From here, you enter the living/kitchen/dining area:
A spacious and stylishly furnished living room with a cosy sofa area and a view of the garden. The modern and bright dining area is perfect for social gatherings. The open kitchen with a window is very well-equipped and features an oven with a microwave function.

Guest bathroom with a window.

Through a patio door, you can step out from the living room onto the sunny and generously furnished west-facing terrace with a seasonal beach chair (approx. April–October).

An easily navigable staircase with a handrail leads to the basement:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, closet, TV, and window.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet, TV, and window.

Bathroom: Bright bathroom with heated floors, shower, toilet, towel warmer, and window.

Location: This holiday rental is located in a central and popular residential area of Wenningstedt. The beach, nearby restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal im Strandhaus gewesen. Diesmal in der kleineren Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung top. Für uns zu zweit war es klasse. Für 4 Personen wäre mir allerdings das Badezimmer etwas zu klein. Aber das ist klagen auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Tolle Lage in Wenningstedt, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Gosch und anderen Lokalitäten. Bäcker und Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Aussreichend Parkfläche, sehr sauberes Haus. Für eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Bitte beachten: Die Schlafräume und das "große" Badezimmer sind im Keller. Betten und Stauflächen sind prima.
