The bright and cosy living and dining area is located on the ground floor. From here, you have direct access to the patio and a stunning view of the lake. Here you’ll find patio furniture, a parasol, a grill, and a beach chair (available from May through September).
The living room is well-equipped with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a separate refrigerator.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an air fryer, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a large refrigerator.
A guest bathroom with natural light and a storage room are also available on the ground floor.
Two of the three separate bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The bedroom facing the lake offers a stunning view of the lake, as well as a double bed, an electric fireplace, a TV, and built-in closets for ample storage space.
The second bedroom on this floor has two single beds.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The third bedroom is located in the attic. It is furnished with two single beds pushed together and a flat-screen TV, and the skylight offers a fantastic view of Lake Sellin.
Thus, Fährhaus No. 12 offers plenty of space for up to 6 people and 1–2 dogs to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on Rügen.
