Sauber, modern eingerichtet. Lage gut, kleiner Spielplatz, Restaurant und Bäcker um die Ecke. Einziges kleines Manko: Terrasse und Garten sind nicht vor Blicken geschützt und die Kinder könnten direkt auf die Straße rennen, die Hecke muss noch ordentlich wachsen.
