The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is larger than it appears. Everything was clean, well stocked with plates, pans, cups, and utensils. The hot tub was well maintained and the room was comfortable. The grill was immaculate and ready to cook. The host was very kind and quick to respond. The area was quiet but also close to where we wanted to be and a grocery store 2 minutes away. We really enjoyed our time here.

The property was clean and inviting! It was a little hard to find since the gate was already open and we couldn’t see the house number, but after locating it the check-in process was smooth! Ricardo was quick to respond to any questions we had.

My wife and I loved this place. the patio is a private oasis, the shower is nice and the bed is very comfortable. It’s also nice to have a driveway to park and it’s on a dead end road so it’s very quiet. I highly recommend it!

What a lovely spot to rest and recharge while experiencing all that San Diego has to offer. The outdoor space is truly a great way to enjoy the SD weather while enjoying a meal or just reading a book. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was in good working condition. The outdoor kitchen had most of the things needed to fix meals. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was romantic. If we ever return, we would gladly stay there again. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Vacation Homebase

A great location and clean, relaxing property. The hot tub was perfect to end our hiking days and its proximity to Balboa Park is amazing. Host was super responsive and gave clear instructions and solid recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a fantastic place for just the two of us in the heart of Hillcrest! The wet room in the bath was especially nice. The outdoor kitchen took care of all of our grilling and entertaining needs. And the hot tub was great for ending busy days with a relaxing soak. Walking distance to Balboa Park and too all the clubs and restaurants that Hillcrest has to offer. Excellent communications with the host. Overall, highly recommended!

Hot tub was enjoyable. Would be nice to have a TV under the patio kitchen spot to watch something if possible. Also, wouldn’t mind a way to turn all lights off including the small lights once larger ones go off at 10pm or perhaps add a blackout curtain option for the French door leading to the back. Overall, it was great

Gorgeous Getaway

The property was exactly as pictured. This place is stunning and so relaxing. Perfect getaway and enjoyed the evening under the beautiful lights in the jacuzzi. Our host was so informative and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again. Loved our stay at the Zen property.

Easter visit

Fantastic place to stay - easy walking distance of Balboa Park, the zoo, Hillcrest, and Mission Hills. Not only is the property close to numerous restaurants and entertainment, It also provides a relaxing place to just enjoy a quiet evening. Ricardo makes the check in and check out process of breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
