Located close to the beach, completely renovated and refurnished in 2019, this holiday rental offers all the comforts you need for up to 6 people in its spacious 100 m² of living space. You’ll find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub, 2 sunny balconies facing south and west, a hallway with a coat closet, and a light-filled living and dining area.

You can access the apartment barrier-free thanks to an lift in the spacious stairwell. Extra-wide doors to all rooms and a wheelchair-accessible sink are also noteworthy features. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday rental during your stay.

The two large bedrooms in the “Weltenbummler” holiday apartment are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200m), nightstands, a wardrobe or chest of drawers, storage space, and a smart TV. Access to the balcony is also available through the balcony windows in both bedrooms.

The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated showerhead, a sink, a large towel warmer, ample counter space for your toiletries, and a toilet. A hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and soap dispenser are also included.

The living area begins with a large corner kitchen that is extremely well-equipped and perfect for cosy cooking evenings with the family. The kitchen is ideally equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Baking supplies are also available. In addition to an dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, guests will find small appliances such as a kettle, a Nespresso capsule machine, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a whisk, and a microwave.

The dining table is made of wood and offers enough space for up to 6 people. From here, you can enter the living room, which features a cosy armchair, a rocking chair, a couch, a tripod lamp, a sideboard, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for enjoying lovely evenings.

The “Weltenbummler” holiday rental offers great outdoor seating on two balconies adjacent to the living room and bedrooms. On the bedroom balcony, the view stretching along the beautiful villas of Baabe is an absolute highlight. Balcony furniture with beautiful, comfortable seat cushions invites you to enjoy sunny holiday hours with a view and peace and quiet.

Up to two dogs are allowed in this apartment. The dog-friendly beach is about 300 metres away from here. The Wi-Fi connection has a speed of 100 Mbit per second and is therefore very good. You can unload your luggage at the building before parking in the underground garage. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement: €2 per use for a 3-hour cycle. One bedroom can be reconfigured and set up with two single beds upon request.
