House Olymp Fewo 14: 2-room apartment close to the beach

This spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor, is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has light-colored wood-look laminate flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, shoe rack, and bench, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and bright combined living room/bedroom features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) with nightstands, as well as a chest of drawers and a sideboard.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The separate dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs; the semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The separate bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a small sideboard, a spacious wardrobe, and several shelves. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The inviting bathroom features a small bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a mirror, a bathroom cabinet, a stool, a towel radiator, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a shoe rack in the entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (about a 5-minute walk) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 43) behind the building that belongs to your apartment; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
At the restaurant “La Perla,” located directly across the street and featuring a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people. If more than 3 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the 4th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
