Quiet vacation home on the North Sea in Butjadingen-Burhave, 500 m to the beach/watt

Our cosy holiday home is located in the North Sea resort town of Burhave on the beautiful Butjadingen peninsula.
The dike is just a quick 500-meter walk away!
With 70 square metres of living space, up to five people can feel right at home here.
Parking spaces for cars are available on the property in front of the house.

Various cafes, restaurants, and a bakery are just a few minutes away. Further into town, there’s an EDEKA and a Netto supermarket.

The Spielscheune on Strandallee is also not far away and can be reached quickly without a car. This 3,000-square-meter paradise for kids features a giant slide, a climbing mountain, a trampoline, bumper cars, a bowling alley, a Carrera track, a bowling lane for adults, and much more.
The best Italian ice cream is available at the ice cream stand right next to the Spielscheune, next to the bike rental shop.

A doctor’s office and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away.
It’s just under a 15-minute walk to the North Sea Lagoon.

Our holiday home is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DAB+ radio, and a beautiful terrace with patio furniture—perfect for winding down in the evening.
Pets are not allowed in the house. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Please note that one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second has two single beds and a couch that can also serve as an extra bed.

The holiday home is rented only on a weekly basis, i.e., exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
The rental rate for the holiday home is 85.00 € per day during the off-season.
During the peak season (June–August), the rental rate is 98.00 € per day.
The rental price includes all utilities; only the cost of the mandatory final cleaning is added.
A linens package (made-up beds, one large and one small towel) can be booked as an add-on for €20 per person upon request.

The guest tax is
3.20 euros per person for adults and 1.95 euros for children (ages 3–12) during the high season, and 1.50 euros and 0.85 euros, respectively, during the low season.€

To ensure you receive your guest card immediately, the guest fee will be settled with you directly on-site.

Given the current cost trends, we expect resources to be used responsibly so that a separate utility bill can be avoided.
