Beautifully decorated two bedroom/ two bath golf/tennis villa on the ground floor, just steps away from the private villa pool, and tennis courts at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. The villa is located across the pedestrian bridge from the beach on the Edgewater Beach Resort Property, just a short walk to the beach. Tram service is also available to take you to the beach or lagoon pool. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen-size bed and one full size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedrooms and living room are all equipped with TVs and cable. . You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!
Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.
This condo is NO SMOKING, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Log out of anything that was logged into on the TVs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Notify owner of damages at arrival. If not reported at arrival, it will be charged to renter. We provide 2 parking passes, additional passes are $20
A late departure will result in an additional $100 fee which will be deducted from your refundable deposit.

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to stay. The condo was like home, the pool was fun and beach was close and easy access. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

A week on the beach

We had a great time on the beach and enjoyed local restaurants in the area. Went deep sea fishing and had a great time, also went to the ship wreak water park and putt-putt golf. We liked the resort, but everything there costs more then we expected to pay, The shuttle was nice if you could find one, we found it easier to drive our car to the big hotel on the other side of street.

Great place for a wonderful vacation!

This condo was beautiful and perfect! We would stay again in a heartbeat. There were many pools and the beach was within a short distance. There was a shuttle available as well. Oceans restaurant was reasonable and served some wonderful seafood dishes. There was so many choices of things to do within the resort. There were numerous things to do(dolphin cruise, Gulf World etc..) that were within a few minutes drive from the resort.

A company was cutting palm trees down and I was coming from the pool and saw one had fell on my car and it was all scratched up and I was told by the company that it didn’t look like a palm tree scratch. No one ever reached out to me about my complaint.

great place but bad experience

We were told we did not have to check-in upon arrival, and therefore did not set aside a lot of time for that process. All we were instructed to do was pick up a parking pass. However, the instructions were unclear, and we ended up waiting in a very long line unnecessarily so. Then, when we made it to the property, both the security guard at the gate and a worker onsite provided faulty directions to our condo. We wasted about an hour of our time on all of this hassle. Maybe that doesn't seem like much, but when you have been in the car for several hours traveling, and you are ready to start your vacation, and are under the impression that it will be a breeze to get there...it was extremely frustrating and really ruined the whole vacation mood. The property was truly great, but the rental experience leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you are paying so much money and don't even get clear instructions in return!

Loved our stay

I am so grateful we found this place! It was clean and roomy enough for my family. We came for a dance competition and loved how close it was to the convention center. The location was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. We did notice a few outlets did not work like the ones in the bathroom. It might just be a breaker that needs to be tripped. Other than that, it was great!

We loved our stay! Quiet neighborhood atmosphere, short walk or Tram ride to the main pool, beach and restaurant! Also steps away from two other pools! Had everything we needed for an 11 day stay! Only this was we couldn't figure out the cable in the living room but the bedrooms worked great!

Love the property, condo was a strong 80’s vibe, but clean. Will rent at this location again, but will definitely do an upstairs unit. The first week was a heard of elephants every morning from 7-9:30. Week 2 was better, with minimal noise above us 😊

Don't believe the pictures

I was not pleased with this property, very out dated, the bathroom fixtures were horrible. It looks as though the furniture was not been updated or painted since this property it was purchased. I did contact the owner and was refunded 150.00 for the cleaning.
