HimmelFrei - Water view. Sauna. Two roof terraces. Dog welcome

**Welcome**
Welcome to HimmelFrei—your exclusive new-construction apartment at the North Sea Resort Tossens. From the two large rooftop terraces, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque Pütten. These typical North German waterways are home to numerous bird species, help protect the coast, and are a paradise for anglers. The central location puts you just a short walk from the beach and the town centre.

**Living & Well-Being**
The interior was designed by an experienced interior designer with great attention to detail. Harmonious colours, high-quality materials, and an open floor plan create a welcoming atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine, a juicer, and a SodaStream. The elegant living area with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of the water thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. Blackout curtains and soft colour tones create a peaceful atmosphere.

**Wellness Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
After a day in the North Sea air, you can relax in the wellness bathroom with an infrared sauna. The walk-in shower, stylish accents, and a washing machine turn the room into your own personal oasis of well-being.
