A balcony offers fresh air and relaxation right outside the apartment, and the wood-burning stove guarantees cosy evenings even during the cooler months!

Holiday Rental and Amenities:
You can access this cosy holiday rental via a private staircase leading to the balcony. With a view of the beautiful, peaceful garden, you can enjoy breakfast here in the cosy dining area or have a romantic dinner in the evening.
The light-filled living/dining room is comfortably furnished. In addition to Wi-Fi, a TV with a DVD player, and a sound system, there is also an extensive collection of games. Firewood is gladly provided for cosy evenings by the fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. In addition to a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, and an oven, there is a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and egg cooker. There is also a wide and high-quality selection of pots, pans, tableware, glasses, and silverware. A high chair is available for small children.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a cot, and a wardrobe; the window has a screen and blackout blinds. In an alcove above the double bed—affectionately called the “cabin” (see photos)—an older child will find an exciting place to sleep. Bedding is, of course, provided according to the number of guests.
The spacious bathroom, bathed in natural light, offers plenty of storage space and a hair dryer. A washing machine and a clothes rack are also available.
Free parking is available. Safety is ensured by smoke detectors in the living areas and a first-aid kit in the bathroom.
You might even get a quick hello from Flora, the cat who lives on the property.

Location:
Großenbrode is worth a visit any time of year. The sandy beach, within walking distance, is especially inviting in the summer. It’s an easy 15-minute walk away. During the warmer months, many different events take place on the resort’s south beach. There’s something for every age group.
Shopping options, a bakery, and a public transit stop are just under 300 metres from the apartment.
Excursions to the surrounding area make for great day trips. The island of Fehmarn is definitely worth a visit; it’s easily accessible by car or bike via a bridge.
