This comfortable, newly renovated holiday apartment—approximately 45 m² in size—is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building, in a prime location right on the beachfront. It offers everything you need for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday.

The apartment features two bright rooms:

A cosy bedroom that promises peace and relaxation.

A welcoming living area that also features a sleeper sofa—ideal for additional guests or family members.

Particularly appealing are the two balconies, which offer wonderful opportunities to relax throughout the day—from breakfast in the morning sun to winding down in the evening by the sea.

A private parking space right in front of the house ensures convenient and hassle-free parking. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the communal basement.

Residenz Düne III features 12 comfortably furnished holiday apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. Our holiday apartments, which accommodate up to 4 people, are perfect for family holidays. You can relax in the building’s communal sauna (for a fee) when the weather isn’t ideal for a day at the beach. There is also a laundry room in the building’s basement equipped with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A car park and a bike rack are located directly in front of the building. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is located directly across the street. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the pier, as well as the town centre with its cafés, ice cream shops, and the picturesque spa park, are also just a stone’s throw away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 05:00 to 10:00.
