This charming 2-room holiday home has approximately 58 m² of living space and offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. Would you like to travel with family or friends and need more space? Ideally, we also rent out the neighbouring apartment at Rosenstraße 1b Suite.

The bright entryway leads to all the rooms. On the left is the separate bedroom, decorated in a timelessly beautiful country house style. It’s located in a quiet spot at the back of the house and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a spacious sliding-door closet for your holiday wardrobe. To the right is the separate, well-equipped kitchen with amenities such as a new induction cooktop with oven, microwave, new dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother. A cosy dining table for 4 people is perfect for socialising and enjoying pleasant get-togethers. Straight ahead, the hallway leads to the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink with an illuminated mirror, and toilet—wonderfully spacious and classically tiled in white, it’s a delightful place to start your day. You can wash your travel clothes here in a newly installed washer-dryer (washing machine and dryer combined).

And now you’re welcomed by the heart of your holiday home—the large living/sleeping area is bright and bathed in natural light, with direct access to the cosy, east-facing terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with the first rays of sunshine on your face. An absolute dream! From the side, you’ll catch a glimpse of the sparkling Baltic Sea. The well-thought-out design of the living space offers two comfortable areas, so that in the evening, the high-quality corner couch with a comfortable gel topper can easily be converted into a sleeping area for two people—complete with a flat-screen TV. A spacious closet provides additional storage. A subtle room divider ensures privacy and offers the option to relax on an additional sofa with a smart TV. The entire interior is thoughtfully and stylishly coordinated. The living room and bedroom are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and curtains, guaranteeing restful nights after long days at the beach.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
