"Unter'm Ostseestern" Holiday Rental in the Augustusbad Beach Villa

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

In the entryway, charming seashell paintings line the path to the lift. Once you reach the ground floor—you’re almost at your holiday home. You’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with a coat rack. The “little ones” can already dash off to the living room. What a wonderful arrival—your holiday begins right here.

In the brightly decorated bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a large sliding-door closet, and a flat-screen TV, you’ll sleep like a baby. A travel cot can be set up next to the bed. Adjacent to it, the living room with an open kitchen and dining area is harmoniously coordinated and decorated with thoughtful details. The couch can be easily converted into a sleeping area (160x200 cm). A covered balcony with a view of the greenery is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom—it’s a wonderful place to relax when the weather is pleasant. Electric exterior blinds are installed in both rooms. Whether you just want to make breakfast or cook a full meal like at home, you’ll have everything you need—the kitchen is fully equipped. In the small storage room off the hallway, you’ll even find a washing machine for doing laundry whenever you need to. Right next to it is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated floors, a towel warmer, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi, as well as a travel cot and a high chair, are available to you free of charge.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you next to the house. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage area in the underground garage.

During the season from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to weather conditions.

For adults, it’s a chance to take a little break. Beach cafés and restaurants are right nearby for a quick bite. Beach shops offer a wide selection of toys, beach gear, and small souvenirs to take home as mementos.
Located near the beach and close to the town centre is the Nordic-modern and tastefully furnished, approximately 55 m²
2-bedroom holiday apartment “Unter’m Ostseestern,” which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the 1st floor of the “Augustusbad” building, completed in 2016.

By the way: A seasonal beach chair is included from May 15 through September 15. Feel well-protected during the day and experience magical sunsets by the sea in the evening.
