Look forward to a spectacular living experience right on the Baltic Sea! This charming 3-room holiday apartment, with a living area of approximately 70 m², is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and spans 3 floors, each with its own balcony—a living experience similar to staying in a lighthouse! The tower room on the 5th floor is located above the roof: make yourself comfortable in the club chairs and enjoy the breathtaking 360° panoramic view of Lübeck Bay and the surrounding countryside.

On the lower level on the 3rd floor, a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 185x130 cm) in the living/dining area is perfect for cosy evenings and restful nights. Entertainment is provided by cable TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player. The well-equipped, open-concept kitchen with a dining table is integrated into the living area and features amenities such as an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A spacious, furnished balcony facing south with a side view of the sea is directly accessible from the living area. The tastefully designed bathroom, located on this floor, features a corner shower, toilet, lighted mirror, and heated towel rack. The separate bedroom, located on the 4th floor, is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and an LCD TV. There is also a guest bathroom and another small, south-facing balcony. A spiral staircase finally leads up to the tower room on the 5th floor—with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea! A wonderful second living area with two armchairs, cable TV, a panoramic view, and another furnished balcony facing the sea and the horizon.

You can conveniently park your car in your own underground parking space in the building (entrance height: 1.80 m, entrance width: 2.80 m, parking space dimensions 4x2 m). Bicycles can be stored dry and secure in the building’s dedicated bike storage room. Furthermore, guests have access to a storage room directly behind the parking space, for example, to store beach gear. Free Wi-Fi is included as part of the standard amenities. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.

The rental price is for 2 people; a surcharge per night applies for each additional person starting with the 3rd person.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
