This cozy retreat sits on a private lot and offers:
• Oceanview: enjoy the wonderful view of Ketch Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean from the south face deck. Enjoy a quick stroll down to the newly constructed community wharf.
• Landscape: The yard is surrounded by natural beauty, including mature trees, shrubs, wildflowers and old rock walls.
• Other features: paved driveway, garage and large grassy areas.
