This 50-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor facing the lake. From the living room, bedroom, and balcony, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea beyond the first row of houses. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. Also integrated into the living room is a small kitchenette featuring a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, etc., as well as a dining area for 4 people. The larger bedroom offers guests a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The smaller bedroom is equipped with two daybeds. The bathroom features a shower and a sink/toilet. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. The parking space is located on the property directly next to the house.
