Definitely a return condo in my future travels! Jim & Kathy have a lovely place worth the stay! Everything from communicating to cleanliness was top notch. I don't think positive reviews give it justice until you see it in person!

This condo and balcony are spacious and nice views of the ocean. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. The water was clear - only one day with a lot of seaweed (after a thunderstorm). It was nice to have off street parking however do note the parking garage turns are tight. One bed was a little squeaky. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property was as advertised, but unfortunately, the bed in the main bedroom was very worn and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. The living room furniture was also quite worn and could use an update.Overall, the property wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. We were uncomfortable enough that we ultimately decided to leave a day early.

This condo was perfect for us! The host and check in garage attendant were so helpful! I couldn’t believe we booked something so nice on the beach for such a great price! The location was perfect- close to everything we wanted! We will be booking again!

View was beautiful but the elevators not working well at all. Waited 40 minutes almost every time to get on which no one wants to waste that much time every day on vacation. Fix the elevators and it would be a great place to stay.

The Condo was beautiful, the Host was fantastic, the elevators on the other hand were not that good. They had one down due to replacing it and the other 2 were slow due to overcrowding and lack of support from the staff on the site. the gentlemen riding them were nice, but they would turn the key and not stop at the floors. we waited for 1 hour one day just to get down to our vehicle.

Our spring break stay at this Panama City condo was hands-down one of the best we’ve experienced. The beach access was the easiest I’ve ever had, just steps away, which made everything so convenient. The location overall was perfect, with quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, and anything else we needed during the trip.The condo itself was extremely clean and well-kept, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings.What really stood out was the atmosphere. It was quiet and very family-friendly, which I appreciated, but still fun enough that my teenage daughter had an amazing time and never felt bored.Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between relaxing and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was good except there was someone else underwear in one of the drawers and we had to keep messing with the toilet in the spare bathroom because it wouldn’t stop running. The chain kept getting stuck under the flapper.
