Additional parking options are available across the street or on the east end of the same parking deck, offering ample space for extra vehicles. Always display your parking pass, especially during high season when unassigned spots are limited.

Step into a haven of sophistication with upscale furnishings, including stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, stylish light fixtures, ceiling fans, and professionally crafted finishes. Enjoy entertainment on a 65-inch TV with 100 plus channels in the living room, and find TV/DVD combos in each bedroom.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront unit features king-size beds in both rooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom opens directly to the oceanfront balcony, allowing you to relish the stunning views. Accommodate various sleeping arrangements with our queen pull-out sofa bed and an extra roll-away bed.

The unit also offers practical amenities, including a spacious laundry room with a washer, dryer combo, iron with ironing board, and a provided vacuum machine. We supply two beach chairs and kindly rinse them with fresh water before returning them to the condo.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality cookware and dining plates/glasses, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.

Ocean Reef features a 20’ x 80’ gulf-front pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness room, and grilling area. Immerse yourself in the charm of Panama City Beach, renowned for its over 27 miles of emerald green water and sugary white sand along the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note that Ocean Reef Resort has a minimum age requirement of 25 years, strictly enforced by on-site management. Additionally, there is a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING policy.

Managed by the owners, our unit ensures a unique experience. Refer to the Rental Agreement for the cancellation policy, and rest assured that we will refund unused days if a mandatory evacuation order is issued by Panama City Beach. The damage deposit is held temporarily and released 14 days after checkout, similar to standard hotel practices.
