From the apartment and the spacious balcony, you have a wonderful view past Villa Belvedere out to the sea. The balcony is shared with the sister apartment “Kalfamer 22,” though both apartments have their own private areas. The living area features a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, and a dining area. The sleeper sofa can accommodate a third person. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The Kalfamer building also features a swimming pool and a sauna (coin-operated).
