Historic, Updated, Walkable, 3-bedroom house-Great Location Downtown Wilmington
New to VRBO!! Updated historic home, with three Bedrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk and many wedding venues. Large, private backyard to relax in. All bedrooms are up one flight of stairs and each has a queen bed. Jack and Jill bathroom connects two of the bedrooms. There is also another full bath upstairs with a claw foot tub and shower. Large deck upstairs connects to one of the bedrooms for a relaxing view of the yard. Front porch has adirondack chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, with a view of the picturesque church across the street. Very calm and quiet area. Downstairs, there are two living areas with comfortable furniture and a bar for enjoying your time at the house. The kitchen has been updated with hardwood floors, granite and new appliances.
