Wow!!! That sums it up! Super clean condo! The location was perfect...close enough to the Panama City Beach activities but not in the congestion. The condo is beautiful and the decor is just right. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook anything...however, we mostly ate out. The oversized balcony was great. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning overlooking the gulf. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in PCB! Thank you for a great place to stay!

The photos listed is what you get! The condo is nice and clean. Plenty of extra closet space for those who need it since it is an end unit. The master bathroom also is slightly larger than others we have stayed in which could be very handy for anyone with walking disabilities and also having a walk in shower vs tub/shower combo. Just like many other condos for Emerald Isle it is well maintained. Check in is super easy with your door code emailed to you. We knew we came in early and sent a text to Helen to let her know incase our condo was available sooner than 4pm. She responded fairly quickly while we were out getting groceries. There were new improvements to the elevators this year for faster & more efficient service. You really can't go wrong with your stay in 1401. The sunsets are breathtaking!

Such a Great Property! This was our second Year staying with Helen and her property is Amazing! The property is Clean, Spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Well stocked with cookware, and pleasantly quite as its an end apartment with an oversized balcony and Spectacular View. Helen is a Great Host all around! I reached out to her with several Questions ahead of check in time and she was able to assist me No Problem. If you are looking for a PCB getaway with a Reliable Host and a Great Family Unit I’d definitely touch base with Helen about 1401. Our family is looking forward to Next year.

The condo was exactly what we expect when renting from Helen, perfection! We have rented several times from her in this building and it’s always a fabulous experience. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next trip. I, also, want to mention that I met the nicest lady at the office. She was so friendly and helpful. Wish I had caught her name, but I thoroughly enjoyed talking to her when I checked in.

Some concerns/issues is that the master bedroom seemed to stay warm so it made sleeping miserable. My friend said the front room bed was like sleeping on concrete. The water pressure was very low everywhere, especially the showers so that kind of made bathing hard. The sprayer not having multiple settings, especially in the master shower along with low water pressure was hard to bathe with being a double amputee that I am. The sprayer only had one spot to hold it, which was very too high for me to get again, being a double amputee. My husband said that the head that was up there doesn’t work so he was having to use the sprayer as well. Your cleaning people could do better with cleaning I could see buildup gunk under the faucet sinks, especially in the master bathroom. We found multiple random hairs in the shower and around the sinks upon arrival so they could do better with cleaning that. Caulk/sealing build up around kitchen sink, gross. Front door needs cleaning Cabinets need cleaning & adjusted as well as drawers cleaned out. Pool area is super small so that was disappointing. And it was disappointing how Wednesday was a beautiful day & even Thursday & they did not provide beach chair service and so we had to go buy chairs to be able to sit out on the beach. There is like a black flat handle to the right of balcony door in living room. Not sure what it’s there for but it snags my husband & friend’s finger opening the balcony door. Texted owner from # gave & said never got.

The condo was very clean, spacious , beautifully decorated and great views from the balcony. Plenty of elevators hardly any wait. Parking was easy. Beach was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful building and loved the close access to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We felt right at home . We really enjoyed the quietness of the location.

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed here during the July 4th week. Great condo and location. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the fireworks up and down the shoreline. Condo had everything our family needed and really enjoyed the quieter West end location. We plan to return again!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, great beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and an awesome huge balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy and the booking process was easy. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 Florida Vacation

Enjoyed our 2022 vacation property so much with no issues, rebooked the same for 2023 with the same results. If we decide to go to that part of Florida for 2024 will highly consider booking the same again.

Beautiful View!

The condo is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view. The balcony was amazing. I loved that there were two lounge chairs on the deck. This rental comes with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was great. We had a great time. Thank you!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in PCB this year. This condo nailed it. It was perfect in every way. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Will definitely try to secure this home for future stays. Highly recommend
