Unpretentious beach house located down the block from Little Peconic Bay seeks a tenant who wants to come and relax after a long week. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, the sound and smell of the sea air will help you decompress. Either while sitting on the deck and watching a beautiful sunset or sitting on the beach with your toes in the water.

The cottage is nicely situated to take full advantage of its location, just a few houses in from the private community beach with a secure, roped in swimming area and a dock — great for families and kids.

The house has a master bedroom with private bath that opens directly to the large deck, and there are 2 additional guest bedrooms (1 full bedroom and 1 bunkbed set up w. full bed) and a full bathroom. The living room features vaulted ceilings plus an eat-in kitchen with all amenities. The large, L-shaped water view deck is outfitted with an outdoor shower. The interior is newly renovated with hardwood floors and kitchen is updated as well.

Perfect for a weekend away with friends or a family with kids.

Access to both Southampton and Sag Harbor - both within a 10 minute drive.
