Other features include raised bathroom vanities for easy access, 3 flat screen TVs ( including a smart TV in the living area for internet or Net-Flix access ), a DVD player and a patio table and chairs for enjoying a meal on the balcony while viewing the prettiest beaches in the world! The balcony faces the sunrise in the east so you can enjoy the shade protected from the afternoon sun. The Summerhouse condos are located in the peaceful, relaxing area of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive which is away from the traffic and crowds typically found on the Front Beach Road side of the beach. You are just minutes away from great restaurants, deep sea or bay fishing at the Captain Anderson marina, shell island adventures, miniature golf, adventure parks and other attractions.

Gorgeous, well maintained property with awesome access to beaches, pools, and attractions. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets and the view from the balcony is incredible!

Amazing place to stay!

We had an awesome experience at this condo! Super clean and carpet was brand new. Amazing views from the room as well! We enjoyed our entire stay & had no problems. The communication with property manager was excellent and he always responded within minutes. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time! We would definitely stay again in this same condo. Very clean and nice. Beds are super comfortable. Wish the pool was a little bigger but there are 2 of them.

Loved this space. Condo had all we needed and was very clean. Kitchen configuration is tight so I wouldn’t plan on spending a lot of time cooking. The grounds were fantastic with the activities, pools and hot tub. Chair service is available on the beach.

Beautiful view and excellent location

This unit was perfect for my family. It was convenient to everything and was as described. We will be coming back if God keeps us here to do so. I loved all the activities they had for our teen kids. Karaoke was our favorite.

Spring break!

We lived our stay at the Summerhouse! The property was clean and not over crowded. Elevators were quick and parking was a breeze. We didn’t think to bring a blow dryer but that was a minor thing- everything else we needed was there! We wish this unit was available for our break next year!

Wonderful trip

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, had a wonderful view, and we will definitely be going back again. My only suggestion to the owner would be to add either a pocket door, or a sliding barn door to the entrance to the dressing area in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was great!

We have been staying at the Summerhouse yearly for the last 16 years, but this is the 1st time in this unit. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Greg was easy to work with and was extremely prompt with communication. We had another great week in Pcb and already planning for our next trip. We would rent this unit again.

Management was not readily available at times. Allowed guest to use pool facilities during thunderstorms. This was highly unusual, anywhere I have ever stayed never allowed guest in the pool areas during thunderstorms.

Wonderful View

Was a great condo. Very roomy for a large family. We where not step on each other. Perfect view. Very quiet. Was upset dryer took for 4 hours. But know that little by reviews. Check in staff was wonderful and friendly. Check out not. Hotel want out 10am even though VrBO say 11. But would definitely book again.

Girls' Getaway

We have stayed at the Summerhouse several times throughout the years and feel as though the property and location are hard to beat. We like the size of the complex as it doesn't allow for overcrowding of the pools and beach. The outdoor furniture was less than desirable. The table and chairs were all rusting. I even had a pair of shorts ruined due to that. Kitchen updates would also be a recommendation. The bathroom upgrades were a nice touch.

Great stay in PCB!

Loved the property. Comfortable place, nice resort pool area, plenty of nice beach and beach service available for a fee. We loved the unit. Plenty comfy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Nice view from the balcony. People say the property is a little older but so what. I liked the area. Plenty available close by. But not crowded. The reviews that talk about rusty chairs are outdated. The chairs on the balcony are brand new. The living room slider door makes a terrible noise but no big deal in the grand scheme. We just used the master bedroom. Nice little touch at the property: they have a have a beach toy leave a beach toy box to share floats and shovels. Absolutely great value stay.

Love the condo, family atmosphere, security and all the facilities.

The condo was not clean at all. Had to get new sheets for double beds that were full of dog hair. Had to vacuum all rooms. Air conditioner did not work had to call front desk. Plumbing was stopped up had to call front desk. Trash can was full of some kind of liquid and I had to clean it out. The condo is great but it is not being kept up or cleaned.
