Absolutely wonderful !

This condo is probably one of the nicest in the entire complex. In addition to being perfectly situated, it has a very nice wraparound porch. The views of the field, the channel and the islands are magnificent. Natascha very warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended.

Great way to visit Southern California

The unit is very comfortable and the location is great with views of the polo fields and the Pacific Ocean. The property owner is very accommodating with helpful tips on where to go and what to see. The entire area of Santa Barbara-Montecito-Carpenteria is a treat with great restaurants, shops, historic sites and scenic attractions.

February 2014 stay

A delightful accomodation with plenty of space for that unconfined feeling. Very clean, very scenic with a direct view of the polo field and the Pacific Ocean in distance. Very close to downtown Carpinteria and nearby Santa Claus with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and individually owned shops. Manager is very accomodating and was concerned that everything was in complete order during the entire length of our stay. My wife and I ecstatically recommend this spacious facility.
