Dolphin's Cove- Just Walk Across To The Beach!

This charming beach house is located just steps from the sandy beaches of Carpinteria, a beach town nestled a short 10 minutes to Santa Barbara. Hop aboard the Amtrak train and spend the day sightseeing, or take a short walk to great restaurants, specialty shops, bike/walking paths or the sea lion sanctuary. This is also a great spot to watch the hang gliders glide along the coast. The beach house offers lots of opportunity for family fun, including shuffle board and bumper pool. Great for evening BBQs and lounging after a day at the beach.

Dolphin Cove

My family had the best time and just love staying at the Dolphin Cove property!! Great location and just minutes from the shore and the stores :) Not our first time and we always look forward to our time there.

Dolphin Cove getaway

What a wonderful house to stay in, downtown in Carpinteria- close to the beach and to all the restaurants. Lots of lovely outside space around the house and beautiful trees gave it a lot of privacy. We loved our stay and thank you. We come to Carpinteria a lot as we have family there and this was a new find and one of the best.

In town for my daughter’s wedding! This was a perfect property! Loved it all. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! The house had all the toys and accessories needed for the beach. The outdoor area was gorgeous! Numerous sitting areas. Loved the easy walk to downtown! Thank you again for a wonderful stay

Classic Carp beachpad

Very easy in and out. Very casual feel and close to the beach (1 block) and to downtown restaurants and stores. Really fun shuffleboard court we spent a lot of time out there - also horseshoes. Very comfortable, good beds, plenty of storage and helpful gear.— Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and fins, and a surprising closet full of different sized wetsuits. 3 different outside areas to hang out based on where the sun was. We loved it.

Ideal Location

We spent eight weeks in the property and enjoyed our stay in spite of record low temperatures and rainfall in February and Marchl. We were ideally located between the beach and the main shopping/restaurant areas on Linden Avenue. The landscaping/patio areas were very pleasant. Our mini-schnauzer was easily accommodated within the enclosed lot. We incurred a minor plumbing problem that was quickly and effectively resolved by the management company. The property was very professionally cleaned prior to our arrival, beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and fireplace very cozy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The property would benefit with more comfortable indoor seating. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed being a five minute walk from the beach, the nature preserve, and the fine restaurants on Linden Avenue. We enjoyed the "Giannfranco" Italian restaurant in particular.

Great comfy house!

We had our annual family gathering in Carp, utilizing 3 different houses. This house was the adult home base but we had several dinners here outside and it was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable & just a block from the beach which made it quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
