Dolphin's Cove- Just Walk Across To The Beach!

This charming beach house is located just steps from the sandy beaches of Carpinteria, a beach town nestled a short 10 minutes to Santa Barbara. Hop aboard the Amtrak train and spend the day sightseeing, or take a short walk to great restaurants, specialty shops, bike/walking paths or the sea lion sanctuary. This is also a great spot to watch the hang gliders glide along the coast. The beach house offers lots of opportunity for family fun, including shuffle board and bumper pool. Great for evening BBQs and lounging after a day at the beach.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the key to lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For monthly stays, housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks and will be an additional cost billed by our housekeeper.
Utilities are included up to a monthly maximum of $500.00 gas and electric. Any overage will be billed to a monthly guest of 30 days or more.
