Let our beachside condominium be your 'home away from home' for your next vacation. It is fully equipped, sparkling clean, and ready for your arrival. There is a complete kitchen, a private bath, and sleeping accommodations for up to four persons.

After parking your car in our private gated parking area, walk through a lovely landscaped courtyard to the front door. Enter the comfortably furnished living room, and see the dining area and kitchen off to your left. Proceed to the hallway and two bedrooms in the rear. You will see the lovely green park across the street, and you can take a peek at the beach and ocean from the bedroom windows.

Walk across quiet Sandyland Road to the 'world's safest beach'--for swimming, surfing, beachcombing, bird watching, or just sitting on the sand and building sand castles! Or stroll up the street to the charming small town shops, galleries, restaurants, and the weekly farmer's market. Take a leisurely 10 mile drive to Santa Barbara for museums, entertainment, fine dining and shopping, or hop on the train for a jaunt to Los Angeles, Ventura or Santa Barbara.

Summertime Scenes to Explore

A pleasant place, with views of the seashore. We enjoyed Mango Margaritas up on the balcony while watching the waves! Located near tide pools, salt marsh, and parks. We would definitely return. The management was responsive and helpful. Thanks for a memorable summer vacation.

Simply and easy

There is a gated entry for cars which is much better and safer than parking on the street. The condo has beds for 4 but if necessary there is also a pull-out couch and a pull-out chair as well. It's the most luxurious place, but it literally is only steps from the beach, clean, and easy to find and access. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Condo Across From Beach

This was a wonderful two bedroom condo steps away from the beach. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Claire was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on great local establishments. We will be back.

We were very happy with the condo. Everything was as listed, lots to do and across the street from Carpinteria State Park. Also as a side note the TV's actually got regular TV. Many times at other VRBO's we've only had wifi and no local TV channels. While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room we enjoy watching early morning news or late night TV. The home was well maintained and cared for. Everyone from the owner to the management company were very attendful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Bruce

Nice break from real life

The location can’t be beat, a block from the beach and a short walk into the little downtown area. What a cute old-school complex with extremely friendly neighbors. Claire was very reponsive when we needed her. The king bed was very comfortable and our two kids loved having separate twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furniture was older style but pretty comfortable as well. We’d love to come back next year!

Great Location

The property is in a great location, just from the beach, and a walk into town. The train stop is a few mins walk and $7 you can be in Santa Barbara. The pool etc. are very clean and well kept. The combined quite easy location with the choices to go into town or catch the train make this a very good place to stay. Driving, you are only a few mins from the 101 main road, 15-20 mins from Santa Barbara, couple of hours from LA. A nice relaxing location.

We had the best experience at this property only steps away from the beach. This place was just enough room for our family of four to spread out and enjoy our time away from home. We utilized everything it had to offer, from making dinners in the well equipped kitchen, to removing little bits of tar "protip" with baby oil from the bottom of our kiddos feet from the beach. Conveniently located in walking distance to everything we wanted/needed for the weekend. Thank you so much for our mini-vaca!

Perfect little condo! Everything was in good condition, bathroom and kitchen have been recently updated. Literally steps to the beach. Serene condo steps from the beach

This is a beautiful little condo tucked into a quiet and mature complex just across the street from Carpinteria City Beach. One of the nice things about it is that it deals in a lot of long-term resident rentals, so there is less chaos than some of the other rental properties in the area. The condo is well-appointed with comfortable living room furniture, brand new beds in the bedrooms, and a lovely updated bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need in order to make a full meal, or the condo is just a few blocks from the center of town, including Oaxaca Fresh, a great Mexican food restaurant, and Pizza Man Dan's, a new pizza place in town. Highly recommended for a peaceful, central stay close to everything!

Amazing gem in Carpinteria

This unit is perfect for a family to stay in. It’s got lots of sleeping options and a kitchen stocked with everything you need (you bring your own food). The building itself is really quiet and it’s literally a 30 second walk to the beach. The unit has no AC but it has ceiling fans which kept it cool enough. Another perk for us was the laundry facilities which has many washers and dryers. The pool and spa was also a big plus and was empty! We will definitely be coming back.

So many good things to say about this property. Location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything. An abundance of supplies, bedding, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella. Some things I really liked. Shower rod over shower for wet swimsuits. Extra towel hooks everywhere so you don’t have to drape towels over chairs and hangers. Far enough away from the train that it didn’t really bother us. Cozy deck spot that looks toward ocean for eating. Convenient key pick up and drop off. Great restaurants and stores. Only wish my weather had been better but that is certainly out of Claire’s control. ;-). Claire is a fantastic host. Offers her number and great communication!

Family Reunion In Carpinteria

This unit was perfect for our needs. Spent Thanksgiving with family, the weather was perfect, amazing location, we may make this an annual event. The unit has been freshened up, very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the single ply toilet paper.
