Sehr schöne Wohnung, sie lässt sich auch an heißen Tagen gut Lüften und durch die Außenjalousie am Dachfenster kann man hier tagsüber die Sonne gut aussperren. Es gibt eine großzügige Garage am Haus für die Unterbringung der Fahrräder Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch in einem Nebenraum der Garage untergebracht.
