About this property

If it's the ocean you are looking for, there is no better view from the Breakers than this unit We now have elevators at the Breakers!. Because this villa is on the top floor the private balcony is open to the sky and offers privacy for sunbathing while gazing at the ocean and beach by day and for observing the moon and stars during the evenings. (Please note: The Tybee Island light house can be seen in the distance.) Watch the dolphins playing in the surf while listening to the waves lapping the shore. All of this can also be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen because of the direct ocean view. The kitchen has been enlarged and ceiling height cabinets added with quartz countertops, new fixtures and appliances have been installed. Also dimmable recessed lighting and a 46 inch flatscreen TV has been installed in the living room along with a 32' flatscreen on the wall in the enlarged bedroom. The entire villa has Charleston style furniture and decor throughout.
Our villa will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a new queen sleeper sofa with foam mattress in the living room. A dining area, kitchen, bath and laundry alcove makes this unit the perfect place for your Hilton Head Island vacation.
Stroll along the beach to the Tiki Hut bar or Pool Bar Jim's on each side if the Breakers and enjoy your favorite libation while listening to live island music. Shopping and dining are also just steps away at Coligny Plaza where you will find restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, move theater, bakery, bike rentals and a variety of "island" shops. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for rental during summer season.

For those who require more than one unit our family also has the next door villa, #315 available for rent, which can be viewed on the VRBO website, listing #392125. These 2 newly decorated ocean front units make a great selection for 2 families that want to stay together.

Weekly rentals are from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 9:30AM . NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas, at the pool or the walkway to the beach in accordance with the Condominium Association rules. NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

Relaxing

The gorgeous, ever-changing view from the sitting-room window is the glory of 316 and it has everything utilitarian anyone could wish for. Being a five minute walk from Coligny Plaza means you are a step away from a meal or a drink. The owner is charming and most helpful. It’s a wonderful experience

Wonderful location. Full window and balcony looking directly at beach. Clean. Smaller than we thought from looking at the pictures. Few places to store luggage and food. Third floor - elevator was a lifesaver. Owners very helpful.

Lovely Week on Hilton Head

Our unit was perfect for our week on the island. This was our 6th or 7th stay here, and the unit is always clean and comfortable, and we love being right on the beach.

We have owned and enjoyed sharing our condo with our guests for 29 seasons. We live in Indiana so going to our island getaway whenever possible is something we look forward to. Our children and grandchildren love it too, as a matter of fact our son and daughter-in-law now own the unit right next door!

Why they chose this property

Our daughter went to Hilton Head for an internship her senior year in college. She fell in love with the island and returned to Hilton Head for 3 years after graduation. We visited her and also fell in love with Hilton Head. That is how we came to purchase a Breakers villa. We think the Breakers is in the best location on the whole island!

What makes this property unique

We love that so many places are within walking distance of our condo. Coligny Plaza and the Beach Market are just a few steps away where you can find shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and much much more.
