Fantastic 3-room vacation apartment with two terraces for up to 4 people

This beautiful, 60 m² holiday rental on the ground floor invites you to spend an unforgettable holiday on the coast. As soon as you enter the apartment via the first terrace, which features cosy patio furniture, you’ll feel the relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious, slightly elevated living area. Here you’ll find a comfortable seating area with an armchair and a flat-screen TV—perfect for cosy evenings after eventful days on holiday. From the living area, you have direct access to the second terrace, which offers additional outdoor seating.

The open, well-equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, as well as the adjacent dining area with a table for 4 people, create the ideal setting for shared meals and social gatherings.

The modern bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, and a hair dryer—for a relaxing start to the day.

Two lovingly furnished bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: one with a comfortable double bed, the second with a practical bunk bed—ideal for families. Both bedrooms have closets and offer ample storage space.


Facilities:

The tastefully furnished 2- and 3-room apartments range in size from 45 m² to 75 m². Some extend over two levels with a converted attic and can accommodate two to five people.

Each apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, and some also include a separate children’s or guest room. A cosy living area with an open kitchenette, cable TV, and a stereo system ensures your comfort. In addition, you’ll have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a terrace, a balcony, or—in the attic apartments—a loggia with a view to the west.

Bicycle racks are located at the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests to use for a fee.

The apartment complex is located in the eastern district of the popular Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the lively centre of Kühlungsborn-Ost, with numerous bakeries, cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and stores for everyday needs.

In just about two minutes on foot, you’ll reach the Molli-Bahnhof Kühlungsborn Ost train station, which also houses the central bus station. The fine sandy beach and the pier are about 600 metres away. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent view all the way to the marina.
