A stay in Boltenhagen is also possible for larger families and groups of up to 8 people —in this spacious 4-room apartment on the 1st floor, located close to the beach. A full 93 square metres of living space warmly invites you to enjoy your holiday. All rooms are on one floor.

The living area, designed with a harmonious colour scheme, features a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa (which serves as an additional sleeping space for 1–2 people) as well as a large dining table with matching chairs. A flat-screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment. From the living room, you have access to the furnished west-facing balcony, which offers a partial ocean view (in fall/winter, when the trees are bare).

The separate kitchen is equipped with a variety of appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of space here for cooking.

The three bedrooms are furnished differently: There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a guest/children’s room with two single beds, and a guest/children’s room with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out sofa bed (135x185 cm sleeping surface). All three rooms offer ample storage space for your clothing. There is also plenty of room for a travel cot in every room.

Both guest/children’s rooms provide access to the furnished south-facing balcony.

In addition to the bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, there is a separate guest bathroom, which also houses a washing machine.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved underground parking space (No. 6) in the building. If necessary, a second car can be parked in front of the separate garage door assigned to each apartment.

Bicycles

There is a storage room in the underground garage of the building (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by two people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: In accordance with municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
