House on the Loire with Pool and Jacuzzi

Located just 20 meters from the Loire, this cozy 50 m² house is fully equipped for 2 guests and features a jacuzzi and access to the pool (under your responsibility).



The region is known for its medieval history, architecture, vineyards, equestrian traditions, and gastronomy. The property is 10 minutes from Saumur and 35 minutes from Angers.



You’ll find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, a 160 cm electric bed with separate mattresses, and a spacious walk-in shower.



Towels and kitchen linens are provided, except for personal items (shampoo, shower gel, etc.).



After a day of exploring, relax in the indoor jacuzzi. The above-ground pool is available depending on the weather.



The house is semi-detached with the owners’ home, who are present and available to assist you. The entire property is secure with an electric gate, outdoor camera, and full fencing. Parking is right in front of the house.



Pets are welcome if very sociable. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable.
