Located in Mondragon, this elegant 160 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The stone house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the courtyard, a combined living and dining area, and a versatile room that can serve as a children’s bedroom with 90 cm beds or as a playroom. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating in one bedroom, step-free access, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the provided baby cot, high chair, and beach towels.



Outdoors, relax in your private garden with a secure alarmed pool. The round pool measures 4.5 m in diameter and 1.45 m deep. A private barbecue and outdoor dining area with garden furniture are available for your use.



Street parking is available nearby, and there is a bike storage room. One pet is allowed, and parties are not permitted. A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.



The 50 cm thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. Large windows with electric shutters provide plenty of light and comfort. The house is in a quiet village neighborhood, close to all amenities and parking.



Important information: The owner may visit during your stay to clean the pool for your comfort, at a time that suits you both.

This home is not air conditioned as indicated in the description. It is also not set up for 6 people to comfortably stay. We do not recommend this home.
