Our new holiday rental is located at the entrance to the Pitztal valley in the idyllic little village of Leins. Situated right on the edge of the forest with a view of the beautiful Pitztal Valley, you’re guaranteed a relaxing holiday away from traffic. Since the public road is just under 100 metres away from the apartment, peace and relaxation are guaranteed. In winter, for a small fee, you can use the ski storage for 4 people right at the foot of the Hochzeiger ski area, allowing you to start your day on the slopes in a relaxed manner. To ensure the safety of your bicycles in summer, you can lock them in a separate room if needed. You’ll also have access to a ping-pong table, a grill, lounge chairs, and plenty of nature. Surrounding the apartment is a vast area of grass and asphalt that’s perfect for kids to run around in both summer and winter.



Haus Raich Holiday Rental (1–4 people):

The apartment features 2 spacious double bedrooms with satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room (including satellite TV, capsule coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, toaster, etc.) as well as a separate bathroom and bathroom with a shower (including hand and bath towels, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror). Of course, a travel cot, a high chair, and a changing station are also available for the little ones if needed.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
