The house features a terrace and a private garden.

Furnished with an eye for detail, the house accommodates up to 4 people and does not allow pets.
In these small holiday cottages, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. 
The holiday home features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and 1 bathroom with a shower. 
The fully equipped open kitchen is ideal for cosy cooking sessions with your loved ones. Your private terrace is perfect for long sunbathing sessions, barbecue evenings, or a leisurely breakfast with fresh, fragrant rolls. 
The Baltic Sea and its beautiful sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.
There is 1 free parking space right next to the house.


A laundry set including towels (1 large/2 small, 1x tea towel) per person, as well as Wi-Fi/internet via fiber-optic connection and utility costs, are INCLUDED in the rental price.


Price increase:
In the event of price increases for variable costs (e.g., the Grömitz municipal visitor’s tax), Homes by the Sea GmbH is entitled to increase the price to cover the corresponding costs borne by the renter.
None of the above entitles the renter to cancel the reservation.

Trips by youth groups are only possible upon request and under certain conditions!

In the evening, the bioethanol fireplace creates a special sense of well-being with its warm, flickering flames.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
