The modern 3-room apartment 29RB2 is located in a Bauhaus-style villa above Lake Schmachter.
The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. It’s only about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to the town centre and the beach.
The apartment is situated on a hillside and can be reached without steps, though the path is on a slope. It feels like a first-floor apartment.

There are two full-sized bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. The master bedroom has a TV.
The bright hallway features a coat rack and plenty of storage space in a large storage room. The apartment’s safe is also located there.
The naturally lit bathroom features both a bathtub and a large walk-in shower.
Highlights include the large open-concept kitchen and the adjacent living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and access to the southwest-facing balcony.
From there, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Schmachter.
The entire apartment can be darkened using exterior blinds.
Wi-Fi and a private outdoor parking space on the property are available free of charge.

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit Gärtchen, tolle Lage und es fehlt an nichts. (Außer einem Eierpiekser ;-) ) Liebevolle Ausstattung vom Möbel bis zum Kaffeelöffel. Und vielen Dank an Herrn Jöns und seine Frau. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und waren stets hilfsbereit. (Danke, dass Sie uns vom "Tiefschnee" und Eis befreit haben!)Wir kommen wieder!
